How are reviews collected?
Reviews are collected directly from customers who purchase products through the Plush Deluxe website. Customers can leave feedback after their purchase is completed.

Are reviews moderated or filtered?
All customer reviews, both positive and negative, are displayed as long as they comply with our content guidelines. Reviews containing offensive or inappropriate language will be removed.

Are incentivized reviews allowed?
Plush Deluxe does not require or guarantee positive reviews in exchange for free products or compensation. If a review is part of a promotion or product sample program, this will be clearly disclosed.

Do you edit customer reviews?
Reviews are not edited for content. We only screen them to remove spam, inappropriate language, or other harmful content.
